This year has been a seemingly endless series of challenges, and you, our customers, rose to the occasion magnificently, providing fresh food, gardening supplies, vegetable and flower starts, and decades of knowledge and expertise, often to first-time gardeners. In our industry we know the value of walking out into a garden and stopping to smell the roses.
So we wanted to take a moment to stop and smell the roses, and express our deep and unfailing gratitude for your support, fortitude, and strength during this difficult time. It never ceases to amaze me how resilient and creative you are, and how quickly you were able to pivot to curbside and online sales, and to work within the public health guidelines that seemed to change daily. As I read through industry literature, most projections for next year seem to suggest, based on polling, that most new gardeners from 2020 plan to continue gardening, and most experienced gardeners plan to expand their garden size and productivity. We hope you’ll continue to succeed in the coming years, and we look forward to teaming up with you to be an integral part of that success.
We will be staying home this Thanksgiving, and will be CLOSED Thursday and Friday of this week. Thank you so much for your support this year! Be well.
With Love,
Phil, General Manager
